Tomorrow we leave for Tasmania for an intense 4 day programme, so we made the most of today feasting on some exotic Chinese food!! I actually ate Chicken feet today.... not legs, but feet!! Awesome!! Click Here... (Warning!!! Not for the weak hearted!!)I am hearing some fantastic news from Malta... a great new bishop a fantastic new seminary rector - God is doing something big!!! I'll reap some of this fruit as of next August;)

It's a time of renewal for the Church in Malta. The new bishop has been heartily welcomed wherever he's been to.I also heard very positive comments about the new rector.Pat
chicken feet? Now that's the latest weirdest thing I've heard coming from a Chinese kitchen! I'd rather stick to European dishes for now! ;-p
Yes we have a new Archbishop and you should have seen the welcome the youths gave him in St Julians last Saturday!!! It was amazing!!! God bless you all
